I received a beautiful arrangement on Mother's Day, May 8th. It was very full and had several different varieties of flowers and greenery. Today I finally had to toss it. That's 12 days! I have never had a fresh arrangement last that long. Bitterroot Florist does an outstanding job with the freshest plants for their customers. Great job!

I am updating this review because this floral shop has bent over backwards to make my experience better. They must have had a problem with getting decent roses from their supplier because they kept dying before the end of the day. They sent me my bouquet 3 times and even an apology card. Thank you for making it better and thank you for listening to me. The flowers were gorgeous....and are thriving.

Lynda provided all our floral needs for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. She and her staff were so professional and provided the most beautiful flowers and arrangements. She worked with my daughter to provide the vision she had imagined for her day while keeping in our budget. Her touches certainly made our wedding a spectaculars event.

We live out of state and called this local floral shop due to my wife's sister having a baby. They did not have the 1st item we wanted, but the florist suggested another item which we found on the website. It was absolutely fantastic, probably better than the original item we chose! The florist was extremely helpful given our situation. A follow up note was handwritten and sent to us thanking us for our business. I have ordered flowers from the Bitterroot Flower Shop 3 times now and have been very pleased each and every time. I have ordered over the phone as well as online and no matter which way you order you get quality service. Their arrangements are absolutely beautiful and they have excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great arrangement for any occasion.

Lynda at Bitterroot was just a godsend for me. I had been a slacker about planning my wedding flowers. I literally walked into her shop the day before the wedding. And she delivered everything I imagined - and then some! I got married at a guest ranch about 45 minutes outside of Missoula in September 2012. We were on a budget and after checking other florists in the area, we were sold on Bitterroot. (Let me put it this way, when I gave a different florist my entire flower budget, she came back with a quote for just my bouquet that was 1.5x my entire flower budget.
