When I called Bitterroot Flower Shop about ten minutes after they opened on the Tuesday after Mother's Day asking if they could complete the very delayed wishes of a long distance friend, to pick up two different and unique flower arrangements to deliver to his loved ones, I was worried they would not be able to help me... boy, was I wrong!!! I called for some flowers to be sent not sure exactly which department I was sending them to. Bitterroot flower made sure they went to the right department and over delivered on the bouquet they sent. It was gorgeous and looked expensive and well worth the money I spent. I didn't see the bouquet till a week later and they still looked fresh and beautiful. I was pretty proud I sent them!

I have no negative comments about this place. The people were great and friendly and the flowers were beautiful. I came in not knowing what I wanted and just stating what flowers I liked. Our consultant told us the plan. I have a hard time imagining details in my mind, but I trusted her and was not disappointed.

Ordered a birthday bouquet for our daughter who attends UM. Was so pleased with the quality of the arrangement, the fact that it was delivered to a fairly empty campus on time, and the fact that it added to her day when we weren't able to celebrate with her all of the way from California. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent "can do" attitude on the phone. Very helpful, great prices, speedy delivery. My friend received a truly beautiful Chinese evergreen (yay not the standard peace lily!) only a couple hours after I ordered. Very pleased.

Great service! Ordered flowers at the last minute for a funeral the next morning! They confirmed receipt of the order. More importantly, they confirmed delivery prior to the services. Must importantly, the flowers were beautiful and appropriate for the occasion! Thanks!

I wanted to send my college daughter some flowers for her birthday so looked online for a local shop and chose Bitterroot. Good reviews. The lady on the phone was very helpful and courteous, had helpful suggestions and changed the arrangement to just what I pictured! They were flexible with delivery times and the flowers arrived on my daughter's BD as requested. I would absolutely recommend to use them if you need to purchase flowers in Missoula, MT!!

I worked with Dottie and her crew on the flowers for our wedding. From the first consultation to the delivery on our big day, she definitely exceeded our expectations. The flowers were beautiful, her communication was outstanding and I would highly recommend her and her team for all of your flower needs.
