VERY DISSAPPOINTED - what I ordered and paid $170 for - and what I received, probably could've gotten the same at stop and shop for $25. I will never use Beechwwod florist again. The arrangement that was delivered looked very different from what i ordered - was loaded with cheap alstreomeria and barely had any premium flowers as shown in the original arrangement definitely grossly overcharged and disgusted!

I placed an order for prom flowers two weeks before prom. Upon pick up, the order can't be found, ultimately Is and then informed they don't carry what I had ordered. What they could provide was not what I wanted at all and why I chose a florist - and not the grocery store. Zero consideration for the customer here. You can do better going else where. I did !

I have been buying flowers from Beachwood for 17 years. My wife and I have a tradition. I buy her the the same rust-colored Leonidas rose each year for our anniversary because it was the rose she had in her wedding bouquet. And so it reminds her of our wedding day. I called a week in advance to order them and was told that they could get them. But when I came to pick them up, I discovered that they were fuchsia in color. I asked the clerk why. Would not recommend. Ordered a $100 bouquet that was so skimpy when I picked it up, luckily the staff added to it only because I made a comment, but only added greenery which was the cheapest way to do it. Not to mention the flowers only lasting 4 days with the water and stems being trimmed daily. Overall extremely disappointed considering I heard great reviews in the past.

I have been using beachwood for at least 15 years. I got flowers for my wedding there and they have always been no less than spectacular. I just ordered flowers for my admin and they were beautiful I spent 50 on that arrangement. I just picked up the flowers I ordered in advance for Mother's Day. I have always picked florist choice and I asked for 3 arrangements for $70 each one pink and white one blue and white and one purple and white. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU DO BUSINESS WITH BEACHWOOD FLORIST. One star is too many for this florist. I have never seen this level of incompetence before. We met with Kerry on a Monday to select flowers for my father-in-law's internment that Wednesday. Over the next forty-five minutes my wife went into great detail over exactly what flowers she wanted. I called Beechwood Florist in Milford, CT to handle the floral basket for my Father-In-Laws funeral. I gave very specific directions as to what I wanted. I was given a quote ($175) and had no problem because I was assured that they were going to do a great job on these flowers. Beachwood Florist Milford, CT delivered flowers Saturday September 5, 2020. When the driver left in their van he attempted to turn around in my driveway which there was no need too as I have a normal driveway which he drove into. My driveway is too narrow to turn around in but he kept trying all the while driving into and over my stone retaining wall. Just the update on the previous story. After contacting the shop just how they told me I should do, we didn't come to any consensus. They are just saying that it is not their fault :)
