The Valentine roses I got last week wilted and died by Thursday. I called Beachwood Florist on Monday and spoke to, I believe it was Marlene, and she was very pleasant and made sure I was happy. Today I received another dozen roses. They certainly know how to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you so much to everyone at Beachwood.
Beachwood was absolutely fantastic when I placed an order for my wedding flowers. Our first florist backed out close to our date, and Linda and the team were wonderful in welcoming us and helping us to place our order. The flowers were beautiful and their customer service was top notch!
Great florist in Milford. You can't miss them on New Haven Ave, they always have fun decorations up outside to recognize the current holiday. Not only is it fun to drive by but they also sell great flowers. I originally discovered them when I bought flowers off of Teleflora but I've gone to the store directly to buy a bouquet as well. I have sent and received many floral arraingements from Beachwood Florist,not once have we been disappointed. I just had a beautiful basket delivered by my Grandson for Grandparents Day this afternoon,I cant tell you how happy this made me,the flowers are fresh,the basket is out of this world! We've tried other Milford Florist in the past,but nothing compares to Beachwood Florist!
I used Beachwood for my wedding flowers. Linda was awesome to work with. She was communicative and made some great suggestions that worked with my vision. The flowers at our wedding were beautiful, and it was one of the few areas where we were able to stay well within our budget! Shocking!

I called 10 minutes before closing and couldn't believe how helpful Rachel was. I live in California and didn't realize how late I was in ordering flowers for a funeral service. She recommended I send flowers to the home instead, which I did not have the address for. Not only did she take the time to figure out all the details for me (5 minutes before closing and didn't rush me at all), she also found the address of the home as well.
