We had a very bad experience. My wife ordered a lei for my graduation. She specifically asked for no daisy's. She also specified that she wanted orchids. We received a lei the morning of graduation covered in baby's breath, daisy's, and five or six orchids. We were charged $70. When my wife contested the lei, she was laughed at for thinking that $70 could get her a lei with all orchids. I ordered an arrangement for a visitation, which was short (8-10 am). I was excited to see that when I purchased, they stated that the arrangement would be there before the visitation service started. It wasn't. After multiple phone calls and even threats, from the owner, Judy, the flowers arrived as the visitation was ending. They were literally walking out to go to the mass. Awful experience. I wrote the following letter to the owner of this establishment and received no response: " I received flowers from my husband this week to mark our wedding anniversary. For the first time, he used "A Floral Gallery" for a couple reasons: #1. It was close to my office and therefore delivery shouldn't have been a problem #2. I ordered flowers for my mother's funeral from A Floral Gallery. They delivered the flowers after the funeral. I would not recommend this florist.

While the people who work here are incredibly nice, the flowers unfortunately are not. The flowers I ordered were not fresh and were expensive. As an example, a gerber daisy died after one day, and another was nearly dead after two days.

I live near by this shop, but I had never been in there before a couple of days ago. I stopped by after getting some fro-yo next door. I went in the flower shop after looking at the window display, which was highly unattractive and was very poorly lit. However, I ventured in hoping to find something nice inside for my boyfriend. I went inside this small 2-room shop and was sadly disappointed. The items there are way overpriced and the service was pretty terrible.
