I want to thank and recognize the gorgeous arrangement that the Floral Gallery made for my mother - we just lost Dad at 91 yrs old and I know this arrangement was a comfort to her since I live out of town. They went above and beyond!
As an out of state resident, I used A Floral Gallery for flowers for my child who is a student at WashU. They delivered a gorgeous arrangement and were also helpful in organizing the delivery on campus. Highly recommended
DISHONEST - DO NOT ORDER FUNERAL FLOWERS FROM HERE. Ordered flowers over a week in advance, flowers showed up 2 hours into the service and the delivery person was saying they only got the order that morning! The card had the date I placed the order and a note from yesterday! How are you going to put a note on something a day before you get it?
Absolutely beautiful flowers and very helpful staff! Unfortunately they do not send a confirmation email acknowledging the order, so I wasn’t certain it went through and actually ordered twice. Maybe indicate this on the website so distant customers don’t worry…? Otherwise, I and the recipient were absolutely delighted with the order!
