I ordered a bouquet for a friend who recently graduated graduate school, and paid $80 for a same day delivery. The order was not delivered until the following week and the flowers looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I'm pretty sure Ava's is a scam. Although I will say they called my friend and apologized for the delay. Everything else sucks and please don't use them!

I ordered a same day delivery of flowers because it was in their add. The flowers were not delivered for 2 more days even though I paid an exorbitant fee for same day delivery. the flowers were not at all as advertise. I paid over 100 dollars for some dry white daisies. Super disappointed and angry that I can't reach anyone

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this florist. I ordered the "premium" tulip bouquet for $115 plus tax plus delivery so $150 total. I was told they didn't have "quite enough" pink tulips so I agreed to adding a few white lilies. The bouquet I ordered showed 30+ tulips. The bouquet they delivered had 6 tulips and 4 lilies with a ratty pink ribbon that was down in the water. I called on Monday and asked for them to call me back to find a solution to the problem. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered flowers from foryouflowers.com and this was the establishment chosen to deliver them. The flowers were ordered on Saturday morning with expedited delivery requested, which meant they should have been delivered before 3pm. On Saturday at 5pm, I received an email indicating the flowers had been delivered. Later that week, on Thursday, I spoke to my Mom. Did not do the arrangement I ordered. It had fewer flowers than in the website picture and lots of cheap ivy. Would have refused but did not have time. Never again. Next time...Dierbergs

Horrible. For a place being in a rich neighborhood, I was expecting better quality care of the card message. I order these flowers for a friend from myself and another friend. It was missing one of the names of who the flowers were from, the name the flowers were going to was spelled wrong. Cant forget to mention the card was so ineligible. I contacted the store to let them know how poorly handle the card message was and she said well the girl is new and in high school, she was probably in a rush.....I'm like are you serious... read more

If I could leave a negative star review I would. Terrible terrible flower arrangement!! I requested a big, beautiful and colorful flower arrangement with a budget of $100 - specifically citing the "punch of color" bouquet they display online. While I understand the picture is never the final product when it comes to flowers - this was a sad joke. I got a bouquet of 3 sunflowers, 2 lilies and filler leaves. Disappointed with this florist. Was hoping to support a smaller local business, but should have checked reviews first. The flowers looked nice, although smaller than I expected based on the website photo. They arrived on time and brightened the day of a friend, so for that, I am pleased. This florist prepared a bouquet through Blooms Now. Ok purchased a Groupon for Blooms Now for an $85 bouquet which arrived in the wrong case without the agreed upon flowers or size. This florist should be embarrassed to have sent these flowers. Some of the flowers are broken and couldn't stand up. Great disappointment for the new baby they were welcoming !
