I ordered flowers for same-day delivery and I had them design the bouquet for me, and they turned out beautiful! I'm from California, so I took the chance of using their service from out-of-state and was well please, thank you Ladies @ Zion!

Natalie at Zion Sun Floral helped me over the phone to order flowers for a relative who lives in Cedar City. She was helpful and kind, offering ideas to help me stay within my budget. My mom loves the arrangement and it will help cheer her at this difficult time. I heard too that the delivery person was diligent, and took time to call when they weren't home, getting permission to deliver to the neighbors instead. If you have need for a florist - call Zion Sun.

I'm a horrible child! I forgot it was my Mother's Birthday yesterday, and in a PANIC called Zion Sun FLoral in Cedar CIty. (I live in California) I told them my predicament and asked if they could arrange some fall flowers and have them ready that day, they said no problem. I swear I wasn't off the phone for more than an hour and I got a call from my Mom saying how beautiful the flowers were and THANK YOU for remembering!! THANK YOU ZION SUN FLORAL!! YOU SAVED ME!!

I ordered a premium floral bouquet for a funeral service. The flowers delivered looked little like whai ordered. There were even fewer flowers than shown in the standard arrangement. I'm not sure if I was taken advantage of because I ordered over the phone from another state, so Zion Floral figured I'd never know the difference, or if this is a common practice. Some reviews indicate the latter. To say the least, it's poor business practices, if not fraudulent. Do better for your customers, where ever they live.

What a joke. My husband spent $70 and came home with a vase of filler flowers that are half dead. He could've spent $20 at Walmart and gotten a better arrangement. Definitely not florist quality.

Very unhappy with the bouquet we ordered. My husband and I ordered a Birthday bouquet for his mother and wanted it delivered. The lady on the phone was very unprofessional and she stated that she didn't have all the flowers for the bouquet we picked out online, but that she'd put something together for us that was similar. She then asked us how much we wanted to spend and we stated that we wanted a "Deluxe" size so we'd pay $50.00. When his mother received her bouquet she sent a picture to us. I ordered roses for my wife a day early for Valentine's Day. They set my wife 3 roses to white flowers some dead purple flowers and whatever else was there looked ridiculous they charge me $72 my wife is not happy she said we could buy better flowers at the grocery store for $5 she said the flowers will be dead before she even gets them home there and such badd condition the lady was rude I called asked what the h*** was going on and all I got with silly excuses shame on them they say they're a family business shame on them... read more

Seemed a little rude to me... I was trying to find some flowers, every time that I asked if they had a certain flower it was an abrupt and resounding no. Not even a let me go and check... the phone call ended up with them not saying thank you and practically hanging up on me. I really hope they're a lot nicer in person.

I ordered flowers for my friend off Teleflora for her birthday. The flowers in the picture online were GORGEOUS! However, I was a little disappointed when I saw the flowers that were arranged for her. It was missing the bamboo and the vase wasn't close to what was in the picture. It was still pretty, but not what I was expecting.
