My friend ordered flowers for me because my mom had passed. They were delivered quickly even though I live 20 miles out of town. The lavender roses are beautiful and we've now had them for five days and they still look brand new!
Service was good but what we ended up getting for our money was not!! Not worth the amount we spent. The flowers were wilted and there were no roses or real flowers. I asked for blue and white and I got purple! It was not what I expected at all! The girl at the desk was very nice and helpful.
Disclaimer: I have never ordered flowers from Zion Florist, nor have I been in their shop. But I always order balloon bouquets for my grandsons and daughter on their birthdays. They are very good at helping me choose appropriate balloons, and everyone loves them, especially the grandsons. The staff is friendly and professional, and the delivery person is always prompt and friendly. I only wish they had a few more balloon styles to choose from, especially for children.
This morning at 9:20 pacific time, I called to order something for a friend that lives in Cedar City (I live in CA). After talking with the young lady on the phone about a couple of different items, I decided on the Christmas Cactus. It was not only beautiful when it arrived to my friend, but it was delivered less than 2 hours after I ordered it!
