I have been using Wood's Florist for over 20 years and each time that I send flowers, the recipient is always very pleased. Their floral arrangements are beautiful and the customer service is excellent!
I had a truly great customer service experience this morning at Wood Flowers. My daughter and I went in looking to get a bouquet for my wife's birthday. The young lady who attended to us, Brooke, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure our needs were met. Woods Flowers and Gifts did a wonderful job. I ordered the Rainbow of Remembrance Floral Spray for my best friend's mother's funeral, and it was absolutely beautiful--elegant, full, and thoughtfully arranged with lilies, gerbera daisies, carnations, chrysanthemums, and complementary greenery. It arrived on time and looked exactly as I hoped for such an important occasion. The staff was kind and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend Woods Flowers and Gifts and will gladly use them again. Price: $180

It's a family-owned business that has faithfully served College Park and surrounds. They are professional, friendly, and they go the extra mile when you explain what you need. They deliver or you can pick up. This is a local business that just makes our lives better! I highly recommend them.

Chewy sent me an arrangement through Wood's. The delivery person came twice and then, after I talked with the receptionist and said it was okay, left the vase behind a recycling bin to protect it. How thoughtful! The bouquet is charming and just right. I appreciate the care the team at Wood's took to make these days better.
