Workers were very unkind in our time of need. They tried to sell me something that I didn't want, and made us feel pressured. One woman was taking wind chimes out of a box, and making a lot of noise while we were talking to another employee. Very rude and inconsiderate.
I have been the recipient of flowers from Washington Square for quite some time now and I am not impressed with their choices or their designs. Today was no exception. Very dull, expected floral arrangement in a vase with way too many dried stems. I don't know if the cost is the reason they are so drab but I am going to find a tactful way to encourage my husband to go elsewhere next time.
Received flowers for my birthday. They were delivered late in the work day. Just before 4:00 PM the day they had been scheduled to be delivered, the vase was dirty, and several of the flowers were wilted. Disappointing for the amount of money that I'm sure was spent on them.
