Completely overpriced for what you get. They don't last very long either. Reading the reviews, this seems to be a concern for many.

I get it, flower delivery is never going to result in a great value. But for $115 plus delivery fee?! AND the enjoyment of having the owner hang up on you when you call to question it... really?!

Overpriced flower arrangements and delivery. I understand that flower shops need to make a profit. However, I feel gouged with my order. I called to have flowers delivered for an anniversary. The shop asked how much I wanted to spend and I said what are the prices and what do you recommended? They said $65 to $100 for arrangement. I told them that I saw the arrangements their web site and agreed to a $75 bouquet. Asked for chocolates also which was $15. Unfriendly, unprofessional and way too overpriced. Stopped to get a flower bouquet. The wrapping paper was cheap looking, asked nicely to change it. Got a lot of attitude from the owner. Interesting way to provide good customer service

Bought a flower boquet that was nice, not inexpensive. Another hanging decoration I bought, the shop owner told me a (as it turns-out) made-up story of a now retired couple in Oregon who made this. When arriving home, re-told the story as I gave the gift-item- only to find a "made in Indonesia" tag from a vendor (that sells online). So... if you don't mind buying from a shop-owner who has no regard for honesty... I won't be shopping there again.

Stopped in a week before Christmas to place an order for an Iris arrangement for JANUARY. Discussed details with the owner and placed my order. She said arrangement would be ready the night before and I could pick up anytime the day I needed them. Fast forward to the day I need them (2 weeks later). Wow. Never order from them! I ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece from 1800flowers.com which included 3 individual small arrangements. Walteria accepted the order. The day before Thanksgiving, 1 of the 3 arrangements was delivered. I called Walteria and was told by the woman answering the phone that I only had 1 order, and that was all I was receiving. This my third time using Walteria Flowers for delivery to my mom, and my last. Every time the flowers were delivered late when I ask for a morning delivery. Today's delivery still has not been delivered and it's 3:30 pm!
