Beautiful flowers and arrangements as well excellent customer service. There was a small error in my order which they promptly righted but still (knowing I had a party that night) made a special effort to send me a stunning bouqute-delivered to my door- for my party...gratis to make up for their small mistake! Well done!!!

I have used them for years. Even when I moved away I always called them for deliveries in the area. The flowers have always been beautiful and fresh. I have never had a problem with their service. They have always been kind and courteous even when I have had last minute requests. I like to support independent businesses and this one delivers above and beyond with the personal touch.

I have been a customer since the 60's and I always keep coming back to them. Tried others but you get what you pay for at Walteria Flower Shop. They have the best flowers and service in town.

I agree with Patrck C, this is the best flower spot in Torrance. You do really pay for what you get, which is quality flora. I believe it is Japanese owned, but really nice Korean ladies work there. Extremely helpful & willing to find flowers for your budget.

This is probably the best florist shop in the Torrance area. They have a really great selection of flowers and arrangements. Roses as good as any other place in LA. They don't really have anything too exotic, but this is a great place to go for some of the more traditional stuff for Valentines, Mother's Day, etc. They aren't the cheapest, but also not expensive as some places in LA. But you are paying for quality, and that is what you get here.

I directed my employer to use this flower shop for a celebration of life arrangement at the recommendation of some people that work at the church where service was to be held on 5/23/25. HR ordered the premium sized Treasured & Beloved Bouquet. What was delivered looked nothing like what was online nor did it look like a premium sized arrangement. I would give zero stars if possible. Overpriced, rude staff, wilted flowers. Delivery driver was hostile. Go to an online site and avoid this delivery nightmare.

The customer service here is at an all time low, while their flower arrangements have gone up considerably. Convenient location for those in RPV, but with the poor attitude, better off buying from a street vendor who needs the money. Won't be shopping there even again, sadly.
