I like to use small local businesses whenever possible; I generally rely on word-of-mouth and Yelp. Yelp was the case today. While there was only one review, it was five star and it described a great experience. I too had a great experience. I called at 1:00pm looking for a last minute delivery for this afternoon; I also said that tomorrow would be okay if it was too late. This flower shop has excellent customer service! I have used them in the past and had excellent service. Today, at the 11th hour, I called to see if they could get my mom some flowers for Mother's Day. They were going to close in 1 hour. First they said I was too late. Then they heard my plea, and being very kind people, they decided to help me out. An hour later they had delivered a beautiful bouquet to her doorstep. Absolutely awful customer service. Was trying to go out of my way to use a local business, and just wanted to understand what the different styles of arrangements meant as a practical matter (e.g., standard vs. premium). The person on the other end of the phone gave me a perfunctory answer that wasn't helpful. More importantly, however, she was extremely rude and condescending. Would not recommend on this basis.

In September I ordered flowers for a friend whose father passed. The flowers that arrived were gorgeous and fresh. They lasted two weeks. Today flowers arrived for my sister, whose husband passed away. I asked for the same and paid the same. Cost was not an issue. The arrangement was half of what arrived in September. All flowers are scrunched, fully open and don't seem close to fresh. The edges are brown and wilting. I am very unhappy. I would not think of returning to Victorias unless this is corrected.

Rudest people I ever met. Poor customer service. Couldn't even help me 3 days before valentine's day.so they lost my business forever and everyone I know will never go there

I ordered a Christmas boutique and was not happy with the size for the price. The actual size and picture online was not the size that was delivered. The boutique delivered was. Ice, but not worth the money I paid.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my entire life. I was recommended to go here and I arrived at the florist to discuss a quote for flowers for my wedding. I was immediately greeted and told that she was too busy to talk to me and said that I should just call later or email. When I tried to email her, it was bounced back. So unhappy placing my order with the owner on the phone! She was so unprofessional and unpleasant to speak to. Placed my order then cancelled it. I went to another florist who was so nice and helpful. Don't recommend ordering here.

I had ordered a bouquet for my wedding, and although it was beautiful I had some issues. I was personally told that it would only cost X amount and it would be done at 10 am.. When my maid of honor and husband went to pick up my flowers they weren't even done yet, mind you the owner knew it was for a wedding.. She scrambled to get them done, proceeding to give them attitude, charged them more for the bouquet and if thats not enough she gave us a broken/cracked vase for the floral piece.
