After a very disappointing first go, I have given Hannah another try, and I'm glad I did! After adjusting to her new business and "ironing out the wrinkles", Hannah has come into her own! I am happy to say that all my recent floral purchases have stayed fresh and Hannah's customer service skills have grown exponentially!!!!

We had our first experience with Victoria's Flowers yesterday and it will not be the last. We forgot to order flowers for our daughter's junior prom until a week before the event. In a panic I reached out to them and they came through big time. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and they treated me like a valued customer despite my late order. Beautiful Arrangement & Excellent Customer Service! Hannah was very helpful cordial in such a short amount of time! I called on Wednesday for an arrangement for Saturday. She put together a beautiful vase of an assortment of white flowers for our event. The flowers were very vibrant and fragrant as well. We received many compliments on the arrangement.
