Locally owned shop, I love the owner Victor and have been using them for years for all my floral needs as has my mom. Flowers are always fresh and beautiful and last longer than others. They did my wedding flowers and I loved my bouquet of sterling roses and various shades of purple as accents, it was perfect. This store is equally good for dropping by to get flowers on the spur of the moment or pre planning arrangements. My husband knows if he gets me flowers from here I am sure to like them.
I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day to be delivered to her In Memory Care. I was careful to look for an arrangement that came in a non-glass container as glass is not encouraged in the apartments. The arrangement I picked was in a very cute, decorated tin watering can that looked difficult to tip. The flowers were delivered but came in a tall pink glass vase which is a very bad idea for a person suffering from dementia. I'm not very happy at the moment....I have used Vanessa's in the past to send flowers for my mother or mother in law's birthdays and they have always been wonderful. However, my MIL's birthday is this weekend, so I went online and was disappointment to find sorting best sellers from lowest to highest that a basic bouquet, even the "deal of the day" starts around $60 not including delivery and tax. Please give us a call, We are not able to consistently monitor the email. We are a small staff of 3 with some part time help. I was on the road till 1 pm and have just been able to sit down and check email and return messages. Unfortunately your email arrived after I last checked it yesterday afternoon and again this afternoon. Please give us a call so we can take care of your floral needs.
My experience was not even close to acceptable for my wedding day, especially since everything was laid out with pictures, communicated through emails and meeting with the owner. Let me explain.
