The shop does not make any attempt to contact the customer if they don't have the flowers one ordered. They simply make their own substitution decision. I think they hide behind their "Substitution Policy" rather than make an effort. It's a good way to have 'one-time-only' customers...

As with similar reviews about this floral shop the arrangements are pathetic.. I count a total of 8 flowers in a $70 bouquet that I ordered from 1 800 flowers. While I understand some of the charge goes to those 2 the 3rd party the party and the delivery cost, I would hate to see what the small option would look like considering mine was the large version! One of the roses is already dying and delivery was yesterday

NO Stars! Ordered online at "fromyouflowers.com" and received from local flower shop: The Purple Lotus. Should be ashamed at the wooden box of cheap flowers you delivered compared to the exquisite premium arrangement that was ordered. Wish I had know they were using the Purple Lotus, Ths is now the second pitiful arrangement received from them.

the flowers arrived almost death, the chocolate box was full with sugar ants we had to immediately discard them. it is not at all as advertised.

Flowers arrived looking very poorly. I contacted the shop and they offered to redeliver. That never happened- do not recommend!
