Missed Mother’s Day delivery for my 83 year old mother! Ordered from this shop because they were the closest to my moms house on the Thursday before Mother’s Day. Not only did the flowers not arrive till Monday but when I contacted them about 20x Monday am to tell them to cancel they never picked up the phone during business hours. I had to give my mom flowers from Publix on Mother’s Day. Don’t risk ruining your special event by ordering from here.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Ordered Mother’s Day flowers with delivery date of Mother’s Day on receipt and they were delivered late the day AFTER Mother’s Day tried calling a million times but they don’t ever answer the phone. Facebook messaged and they replied they would look into it but never got back to me after repeated messages from myself. I’d give this place zero stars. I ordered white roses for sympathy arrangement for a loved one and they tried to gip me and I paid so much money for the arrangement and the recipient did not receive any roses. Worst flower shop I’ve ever ordered from. Save your money.

Flowers were delivered very late and half dead….do not order from them. The price paid for the TINY arrangement was money thrown away. Go buy flowers yourself from any supermarket, and they will be better than the quality from the Purple Lotus Flower Shop. I don’t have the heart to tell my daughter-in-law how truly terrible the arrangement was….so sad.
