After another florist no showed me for a 9:00 am appointment on Tuesday, I was fortunate to find Emily at the Bothell Florist. I really want to give a big shout out to the Bothell Florist. I hired them to do my wedding flowers for July 25, 2020. Unfortunately due to Covid, our wedding was postponed until 2021. They were very understanding and didn't hesitate to rebook for next year. My fiancé and I decided we wanted to have a small, legal ceremony on our original date. My in-laws ordered an Easter basket for our family to be delivered to our home during the pandemic. The order was placed from Australia and delivered on time, Easter weekend. Contents were a lovely selection of charcuterie and fruit... Enough for a beautiful spring picnic for our family of five. Apples, oranges, crackers, sausage, cheese, nuts, pickles olives. Food was from trader joes. Wrapped up in a cute basket. We were thrilled and my in-laws were delighted with the process.

Had flowers delivered and flowers were dead and really unhappy with the bouquet. Made a phone call no questions asked for a different bouquet sent out the same day. Was super understanding. Amazing customer service.

My daughter procrastinated until the morning of her wedding and dispatched me to procure the bridal party floral arrangements. The Bothell Florists were able to put together beautiful bouquets in 45 minutes. The flowers were lovely and we were very impressed with their ability to come through with such a last minute request.
Great customer service and beautiful delivered succulent plant! It was my daughter's birthday the other day and in typical fashion I was a day late and dollar short in the planning. So, at the last minute I called Bothell Florist and asked if they could deliver something within the next two hours. I think Mollie answered the phone.
