The arrangement I had delivered to my parents when their cat passed away was absolutely gorgeous. Plus, they called after I placed my order online to ask if I wanted to add a closing to my message. Excellent and thoughtful customer service all around. I will definitely use them again!

I was recently disappointed with the quality of the arrangement my Mom received for Mother's Day. When the staff found out they immediately reached out and made it right, with an additional & abundantly beautiful arrangement! Mistakes can happen with anyone / any business. How we respond to them is what best defines us. I'm very impressed and will happily give them my business again!

Where do I begin? I called on Friday, April 9 and desperately needed an arrangement for my sister in law's memorial service for the following morning. I was treated with such kindness when I made that call. I was heartbroken and did not even know exactly what I wanted but the team at Bothell Florist jumped in and helped with every detail. Repeat customer. Always nice looking bouquets with fresh flowers. Last Valentine's Day, they went above and beyond. We had a snow storm. Our house is at then end of a cul-de-sac at the bottom of a hill. Totally expected delivery to be delayed or cancelled, but I went out to shovel the snow and there were our flowers sitting on the porch. Much appreciated! =)

This was my first time sending flowers from another state but this team made it easy! I don't know a lot about flowers so I did the option where they choose what to send for a set price and it turned out gorgeous. Very friendly, fast, and reliable.

I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday in the morning and described her style. Kris who designed the arrangement was spot on! It was stunning yet very earthy and elegant. My friend was surprised and so happy with the flowers! They also have wonderful customer service - didn't get the name of the person who took my order but she was fantastic! She was able to relay my ideas and info to Kris who created a magical arrangement. Highly recommend this team!

Live in a different state. Ordered for flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentine's Day. Everything went smoothly, prices were relatively cheap especially for delivering flowers ON Valentine's Day. Highly recommend!

I was referred to The Bothell Florist by my local florist in Colorado and I could not be happier. They were wonderful to work with and so patient. I wanted an arrangement that would be unique and the final result was stunning. Not only were the people nice and the flowers perfect - but the price was very reasonable. This experience was better than any flower order I have ever requested remotely. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed.
