I regularly order from Teleflora. Over the years I've only had one order that was not what I ordered, but that was remedied. I'm very happy with the flower selections and arrangements.
The ******************* pictured look amazing. I wanted to give my mother flowers for her birthday, and wasn't disappointed. The website is easy to navigate and I appreciate the email follow up.
Using the website is always easy, which I appreciate, but I've had mixed results over the years. What I hate the most is when the flowers or food baskets get left on the front porch without even a ring of the doorbell. When there are 2 cars in the driveway and the ** is on in the front room - as has been the case - the delivery person should at least ring the bell, even if they just ring and rush back to their vehicle. I ordered flowers for someone who had an unexpected surgery. Order was placed around 10:15 AM and delivery was made around 5:45 PM. What I ordered and what was received did not look the same but what was delivered was beautiful.
It was easy to find an arraignment that I liked to have delivered for a funeral.
