Had flowers sent to my mother for her birthday and they were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had ordered. First time using teleflora and not disappointed.
I was really drawn to the spray I bought. But--- I had questions and no one was available for the chat feature and no one answered the phone. That was pretty disappointing.
Though the delivered flowers were pretty, they were not the pictured bouquet I ordered. Also the delivered vase was completely different and not what I would have selected.
