Great customer service and highly recommended! They were very helpful, responsive, and honest, even though I wasn't able to place my flower order in time. I really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future orders!
Beautiful quality of flowers. This was a phone order and I was very impressed by the selection of flowers. My only negative was the customer service. Not too friendly and did not really help locate my flowers with the information I provided. Felt like we had to pull teeth to get the help in resolving this.

Long time shopper! Amazing service! Always customer focused and centered. I was called twice with updates regarding two different flowers and the environment in which they thrive prior to delivery. I've ordered flowers to be delivered to my best friend twice from this location and they always do such a good job with the arrangement. Both times I asked for peonies because those are her favorite. I just ordered flowers from Susann's, to be sent for a graduation and it has not happened yet, but the very next day I RECEIVED flowers for my daughter's birthday, she has sent me flowers on her birthday for many years, from florists in the Los Angeles County area then from Suzann's. I needed to order a funeral standing spray for a family members passing who served our country and saw combat. Did a quick search for florists in the Upland/Ontario area.
