I made an online purchase for my parents anniversary. I live up out of town and wanted to do something special for my mom. Placing the order online was very easy and convenient. I was able to pay an additional fee to have it delivered within 4 hours which was much appreciated. I purchased the Premium bouquet which I assumed since it was an additional fee it would have more flowers. The flowers were delivered on time which I greatly appreciated. Always buy my flowers from this shop. They consistently make beautiful arrangements for every occasion. The prices are fair. Never had an issue with delivery. There was a potential issue with my latest order. However, they called me to let me know ahead of time and proposed other options, which I found to be very professional. I received these flowers for my birthday on 2/12 and today is 2/20 and they are still gorgeous. Not one flower has died and they look like I just received them. The account I’m posting this from is my business and a lot of our clients also use Suzanne’s for their event needs but my family has used Suzanne’s for years and years being we are from Upland.
