I ordered flowers for my sister and chose Suzann's because of the excellent Yelp reviews and I have to say, they lived up to my expectations. I called around 12:45 PM, and the sales representative was friendly and helpful. He assured me they would be able to deliver the flowers by 4:00 PM since the delivery address was nearby. I always use Suzanne's! Beautiful arrangements, good pricing and fast, accurate delivery. Just used them last week to deliver flowers to family members who lost their son. The flowers were beautiful and I hope they brought them some comfort.
I found this place via Yelp and inquired about flowers a week before my wedding / elopement. They were quick to respond and notified me to call for more info. I gave the info of what I wanted to my sister and she called and ordered what I mentioned to her. They were able to deliver from Upland to Fontana. The flowers came out so beautiful and is very full. The bouquet included all the flowers I wanted! I was in awe. I definitely recommend this place as they were able to cater to my bouquet dreams on such short notice!
Great customer service and highly recommended! They were very helpful, responsive, and honest, even though I wasn't able to place my flower order in time. I really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help. I'll definitely keep them in mind for future orders!
