So disappointed in what my mother received which, in no way, looked like what I ordered. I ordered through 1-800-Flowers and sent them pictures so they can see what my mother actually got.

A week ago my nephew died suddenly. I ordered an arrangement, and I saw it for the first time in the Funeral Home at Family Hour. I liked the arrangement, until I read the card. It said "Our Thoughts and Prayers are With Ou." This was not the moment in time to laugh at someone else's mistake. About 3 days later I called Schroeter's to let them know what happened. Very limited selection for "walk in" business. Quite pricey. I'm spoiled by being able to walk into Trader Joe's or other markets and get beautiful bouquets that I can arrange myself for personal enjoyment. In this case, I needed something for a friend who was in hospital. A bamboo seemed to be the best bet from the limited selection. I was unfortunately underwhelmed with the options.
