Family owned and operated, this place is the best florist in the area! Whether it be for a dance, wedding, birthday, or just because, they have a great selection of fresh flowers and lots of ideas on colorful designs. Donna and David are both very nice, have been there forever, and treat the customer first!

I had Schroeter's Flowers do the flowers for my daughters's wedding and the results were breathtaking. The reception was at Andiamo's in Bloomfield Township and even the staff commented on how beautiful the tables looked with centerpieces and candles. Donna, the owner, lent us the vases (we would return them to reduce costs) and provided us with lighted globes at no extra cost. I recently ordered flowers from Schroeter's Flowers & Gifts for my mom's birthday. I hesitated using them at first because they don't have a lot of reviews on yelp.They did have a nice website though with example of all kinds of different flower arrangements and I liked a lot of them. The price was decent as well. I ended up spending $50 including shipping (about $9). Shortly after I placed an order, I received a phone call from Schroeter's. I recently went to this florist to order flowers for my mother-in-law's funeral. Donna was very helpful and not only provided a beautiful arrangement, but she also went out of her way to call the church for me to verify information I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this flower shop to anyone in need of flowers for any occasion.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother-in-law for her birthday and they told me that the order was too late (3p.m.) and that they would deliver the next day 9/28/2022. To my surprise they delivered the same day, however I paid +$101 and they delivered a completely different bouquet of a lower quality and did not include the balloon. Very disappointed!

I'm super dissatisfied and disappointed!!! You'd expect to have a somewhat decent bouquet sent for Mother's Day!!! If they were being frugal, now was not the holiday to do so!!! Mother's Day is the most busiest time of year for florist, and you'd believe they'd want to show their best product! Don't use this florist if you don't have to! All the flowers here are dead Ordered premium flowers for $80+ and the flowers they gave me could fit in the palm of my hands. Carol is rude and unpleasant to deal with. Other lady that worked there was putting her hands on me and yelling at me Owner is rude and was yelling at me. See photos of the flowers I ordered versus what they tried giving me. Flowers ordered from the UK well in advance for friend's birthday on a Friday. They did not arrive and when I asked my friend if they had, she spent ages (on her birthday!) chasing Schroeters who had sent to wrong address. This was despite having my e mail address and her cell number. They delivered eventually on the following Monday and she sent me a photo - much smaller than I expected (had paid for medium size). I e mailed Schroeters customer service twice and have had no reply. will NOT use again.
