I ordered a Get Well bouquet from this company since I live out of town I relied on the reviews I'd read. After going to their website I chose "HOW SWEET IT IS" bouquet and upgraded to 'Luxury' instead of Deluxe. I was told they might have to substitute some of the flowers & I was OK with that. When the bouquet was received it looked more like a poor Deluxe. When I called to let them know how disappointed I was they offered a 20% discount not the 100% guarantee as advertised. Won't be ordering flowers here again!
