Schaffitzel's flower shop and greenhouse started in 1949 by Bernadine and Jeremy Schaffitzel. 75 years later and still growing strong, they opened up a gift shop next-door that is also family owned called Bernadine's. Family owned and operated with four generations and going strong. with beautiful holiday decorations. I ordered a funeral spray via telephone. The person I spoke with was helpful and professional. The spray was delivered as requested and the flowers in it were beautiful. It exceeded my expectations.

First time there. So many plants!!! It was like a dream. Had so much fun selecting new plants for my yard and veggie garden and the prices were decent. Can't wait to go again.

I have been to Schaffitzel's several times for house plants. Abby, one of the girls that work in the greenhouse is very sweet and knowledgeable, when I need advice. They have many unique plants, and a lot to choose from. They also do beautiful bouquets for special occasions.

This is a fantastic greenhouse with lots of indoor plants! I've loved shopping here, as they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I gave it four stars because they are over priced on some things, and the owner can be a bit stingy on pricing, repotting prices, and he is unfriendly at times. Many places I visit, do any necessary repotting for free, but they will charge you for the service/soil here. Obviously I expect to pay for the pot, but free potting is a service I have come to expect at other places in the area.

I was recommended to use this Florist when purchasing a bouquet for a coworkers retirement celebration. I just gave them a budget and let them know her favorite flowers and they made a gigantic and gorgeous arrangement that she absolutely loved. She was so surprised and overwhelmed by its beauty. There were such a variety of flowers and it was quite unique. A thousand times better than your run-of-the-mill floral arrangement.
