Kim absolutely nailed my wedding bouquet!! So great to work with, and I love that they work with local farms for a lot of their florals. They were able to get me flowers that were on the edge of survival for their season. I highly recommend them! Super cute shop to browse too. I'll be back.
I ordered a flower arrangement for a close friend for Thanksgiving. Ordered from Schaffitzel flowers. I only ordered as a 1st time customer because of all the positive reviews. Very disappointed and going forward will not be a return customer. Was explained to me when I called that because I ordered a TeleFlora product, pictures are deceiving and product is only pictured 1 sided. It was very easy ordering over the Internet. Being out of state, there was an issue with my debit card, and they promptly called to help me get it resolved. That worked out in my favor, because after speaking directly with them, and because of the proximity of the place of delivery, I was then able to get same day delivery! I had apparently missed the same day delivery cut off time online. If there was an opportunity for a need to use them again in the future, I certainly would. I highly recommend Schaffitzel’s !!!
Purchased this year’s Kinkade centerpiece for $100 after tax and fees. Left photo was what was delivered. Note the absence of red roses. Right photo was what we ordered and paid for and were supposed to be a gift to the most precious people in our lives. They deserved the one on the right.
I'm located in Los Angeles, CA and I made an online order for my aunt who lives in Springfield and it did not disappoint! The bouquet was exactly as in the picture, flowers were fresh and beautiful and my aunt got the delivery within a couple hours. She said they smelled amazing and even after a few days they look good as new. Love it and will recommend to anyone close by or far away. Thank you Schaffitzel's flowers!
