I've recently moved to Kalamazoo from out of state. Never realized I'd need a local florist so quickly. But Schafer's was a perfect match. I've used their services twice now and I'm thrilled with their services! They are so helpful and so nice! Their deliveries come when expected and the flowers are so beautiful!

I would like to thank Stacey for all her help last week. I went to Schafers with my mom and brother to order the flowers for my nieces funeral. She did a wonderful job following and understanding what my mother wanted. Thank you so much Stacey for your understanding and support. Jim Streit

This place is AWESOME!!!! I had problems getting an order through with another floral company and ended up not being able to use them. I found Schafer's Flowers and ordered very late in the day (nearly 4:00pm) for my daughter-in-law's birthday and they were able to get the order delivered THAT day, so I didn't miss her birthday. It made her feel very special receiving flowers on her birthday, which was my goal. I couldn't have done it without Schafer's Flowers. Thank you!!!

We went to Schafer's Flowers to coordinate the arrangements for my father's funeral and we had such great service. My father was a professional jeweler here in town for 58 years and was such accomplished designer--his flowers had to be special, too. Schafer's lead designer, Jet, was lovely to work with--she knew immediately how to translate our ideas into her language of flowers, and the results were breathtaking. My siblings and I wanted to send my mom flowers for her 70th birthday, but we selected different florists so she can receive multiple deliveries and make her feel that much more special. I went with Schafer's and my brother and sister went with Vandersalm's. Generally, I am not a fan of those standard stock arrangements from FTD/1800Flowers, etc. They are almost always disappointing. This is the BEST place in Kalamazoo to order flowers from! I lived in Portage until 2008 and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area but whenever I need to send flowers to anyone back home, I use Schafer's. Charlie is the BEST!! He always calls me to make sure they have the correct details for any order and always goes out of his way to help me. The response time is very fast and he has made several same-day deliveries for me. Amazing customer service!!

Best flower shop in town! Largest selection, unique designs, excellent service. "When only the best will do". Walk in, Call ahead, or get it Delivered. They do a great job for every occasion... Valentines Day, Weddings, Proms, Holidays, Funerals.
