I ordered a floral arrangement for my Mom's birthday two days in advance. I asked for them to be delivered the morning of. I called around noon because they were not delivered. Sean notified me they didn't have am on the order slip, which was okay. I understand miscommunication and mistakes can happen sometimes and they said they would get them on the delivery truck asap. Flower arrangements are great, and the pricing is reasonable. Docked one star because I experience a rude staff member last time I called.

I'd like to give zero stars, but this system requires at least one star. Absolutely the worst florist I've ever dealt with and the worst ever experience in trying to buy an arrangement. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL PLACE. I ordered through FTD what was supposed to have been a $77.00 arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day. It was tiny, shabby, old flowers, something I wouldn't have paid $25.00 for. Thankfully, I was present when this piece of trash was delivered, so I took it back before my mother saw it.
