The floral arrangement we received was not like the picture they showed online! The arrangement was smaller and did not have the amount of roses as shown. When I pointed out this difference to them, I was told substitutions can be made! I will not do business with them again!

Ordered a bouquet for my daughter specifically for the vase it came in. I placed my order weeks in advance, so the florist would have enough time to get the correct one. Florist not only didn't deliver the specific vase I paid for, but also brought a bouquet that was nowhere near the amount that I spent on it. My sister ordered flowers for my birthday, they came but i wasn't here, they didn't leave a voicemail and i was at work so obviously it doesn't seem important. Then, they delivered the wrong flowers, my sister paid extra for them to be delivered on my birthday, i didn't get them until the next day which is fine. I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day a few weeks in advance. They wrote down the incorrect address, and got the correct one by calling my girlfriend. They were friendly on the phone, but that was the extent of their helpfulness. They didn't answer the phones in the flower shop. They were unable to provide accurate delivery estimates when I did get a hold of their delivery driver. The flowers were never delivered.

I've ordered an arrangement from Rose Bowl Floral and I've also received one as a gift from this place and both times the flowers were wilted and brown around the edges and both times I asked for them to redo their work, which is a pain when it should have been done with fresh flowers in the first place. NEVER will I use this place for any floral purchases again. I can't believe they try to pass off half dead flowers for the price of fresh. And neither time did I get an apology. I'm disappointed in how this florist handled substitutions. If they don't have the kind of flower in stock that a customer orders online, they don't let you know before substituting for another type of flower. They say they substitute with arrangements of "equal value" but the type of flower can be significantly different, so the value is not really the same. Under no circumstances should you buy anything from this Florist. I paid them $100 dollars through their website to deliver flowers. Card was charged immediately of course. But I received no email, no confirmation, no nothing from this Florist. They flowers were to be delivered the next day. And of course they weren't. I received no phone call. No nothing. Horrible florists... Ordered multiple arrangements for my mother who had major back surgery and within four days all three arrangements were dead. Rose stems were cut more than a week before delivery (The ends were all scabbed over). They also delivered all of the arrangements (including one they brought out to make up for one of them) completely unwrapped. I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Saturday, they got there the following Monday. I was charged twice. After many attempts to get a refund, one was finally made to someone else's credit card. At long last, I've received my refund, but due to the complications of exchange rates, I have lost money for this florist's error. Be wary of this disorganized and unprofessional business.
