First, I'll say the flowers were apparently fine, as the recipient sent a photo. However, I ordered them to be delivered on a Thursday, the day before my friend's 70th birthday, and they weren't delivered until the following Tuesday!! - and there was no card or message with the flowers when they were finally delivered. Yes, there was bad weather in Santa Fe that weekend, and my friend lives on an unpaved road. But still . . . Went here to inquire about flowers for our wedding (= lucrative deal). Woman who helped us was okay - she spent a decent amount of time with us and brought out lots of books, but she couldn't answer some our questions and didn't have many recommendations (which we needed, given that we know little about flowers).
