Please do not make the same mistake I did by deciding to order from this company. I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement for my Mom that was delivered yesterday. I requested the arrangement to be heavy on the carnations since those are Mom's favorite flowers. What she received couldn't have been more disappointing. I authorized a budget of $75 for the arrangement and my Mom received a dozen carnations, 3 other flower stems and a ton of filler greens. Insane! I ordered the deluxe last Friday and this is what was received earlier today. This obviously does not at all look like the deluxe. I immediately called to complain and provided the manager with the attached photos. She was empathetic and agreed to look into it. Upon her review, the manager agreed that the photo of the arrangement delivered looked nothing like what I'd ordered. She even informed me that this was that florists second complaint. BUYER BEWARE A coworker was in a terrible car accident, the office pulled our funds to purchase her a beautiful bouquet of flowers to help left her spirits. We purchased the premium Teleflora's Iridescent Beauty Bouquet for $157.00 including tax and delivery from Rodeo Plaza Flowers. Terrible business with no ethics!! Ordered a Christmas plant for my mother on the day of her surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. Received a call that they could not deliver the item that day (as expressed on their website). Upon explaining the fact that my mother is having cancer surgery days before Christmas and I want the flowers delivered to her as promised, they hung up. The next day, nothing was delivered. My boyfriend ordered 5 dozen roses for the second time from this place. The first time flowers were ordered, they showed up after being told I would be gone by that time late in the day, and I missed receiving them. The next time receiving - the flowers died on day 2. They assured me they would bring a replacement and after calling twice, brought half the amount ordered & paid for.

Caution: Be very careful with what you order from this floral shop. They false advertise and what you see online is definitely NOT what you get. I ordered a beautiful bouquet from a pic I saw online on the website and got something totally different. They say that they might have to switch out flowers based on availability - fine. But they didn't even try to match the arrangement! What was produced didn't even come close! I only wish I read the other reviews prior to ordering. What a despicable business with the rudest employees. Ordered flowers for mother in law (150$ arrangement) order was delivered with broken stems and a mixture of assorted flowers and not the "rose arrangement" I had specified for valentines day. Ordered through FTD. Bouquet and balloons for my girlfriend's birthday, to be delivered to her workplace. Order was made 5 days before her birthday. On her birthday, I'm waiting, waiting, waiting, for a text from her expressing excitement at the surprise. Meanwhile, she's receiving flowers and gifts from her coworkers, but she has nothing from her boyfriend. I ordered online, got a call an hour later informing me that the option I chose was not available, but they could make a different bouquet with seasonal flowers, not the roses I wanted to send to my mother. I ordered a $60 arrangement and what my mother got was an ugly mess of random flowers I assume were just the remnants of what they had left in the shop. No effort. No offer of a discount.
