I just want to praise Prattville Flower shop on their beautiful work on the Birthday bouquet I sent my daughter in law. She was thrilled and when I received the picture from her I was thrilled too! They have excellent customer service and did everything I asked as far as delivery time and special touches on the bouquet.

I ordered a bouquet of white roses for my mother in law. I was concerned about what would actually be delivered as I live several states away. The roses were the most beautiful I have ever seen. She sent me a photo and the arrangement was gorgeous. Thank you to Prattville flower shop for helping brighten her day.

Beautiful fresh flowers! The best!!!! I live in Atlanta and needed flowers delivered to a very special person in Prattville. I called Prattville Flower Shop early in the morning and the phone was answered promptly and courteously. The transaction was so seamless and the entire process was so easy! I was worried about how the quality would be, but when I got a photo of the arrangement from the grateful recipient, I was almost moved to tears. Thank you Prattville Flower Shop for helping me bring joy to someone from far away.

I have used Prattville Flower Shop for years and have always been pleased with the quality and service. I live out of state, but have a lot of family and friends still in the area who I send arrangements. They always incorporate my ideas and make appropriate recommendations for my vision. High quality for a great price.

We have used Prattville flower shop for years and was always very pleased. I called and ordered a plant for a friends dads funeral. I asked her did she get it and she said no. I called the flower shop and they said it went out for delivery at 7:30 am. They told me I would have to contact the funeral home. Personally I think they should have but I called the funeral home and sure enough they delivered it but was late delivering it and that's why it was still there. They delivered it AFTER the funeral. I wanted to send flowers to my mother in Alabama for her birthday but I have given up with 1-800-FLOWERS and Flowers.com because of the poor quality of flowers. Years ago, it used to be so much easier. I'd go to the local FTD florist, pick a bouquet I liked and they would contact an affiliated florist in the town they were being sent to and a Beau bouquet of flowers would be delivered. Very disappointing experience with this Florist. Jeannie, who I assumed was the owner took my order for a delivery a week ahead...she left town...and my order was not delivered. If I hadn't called to check on this 4 days after the requested delivery date, I still wouldn't have known! Who does business like this? Don't trust them.
