Placed an order on 2/10/26 for a Valentine’s Day bouquet for delivery on 2/13. My mom received her flowers at 10:30am, giving her the full day to enjoy the flowers with her coworkers. The bouquet also looked very close to what was pictured on the website. Super happy that everything was taken care of without having to follow up constantly, trusted their service and it paid off! Mmmmm. Expected more for the prices they charge. I appreciate your dedication and customer service. But the arrangements do not look the same. The first picture is what they advertised. The second picture is what I got. Very different. The vase was explained that it would be different, but the arrangements are very different from the picture. I've actually seen this arrangement in the grocery store for $12.99.
I was in a bind and Prattville Flower Shop came through! I had an order for a boutonniere at another shop and they were unable to complete my order. I was able to call PFS and they were able to make one for me to pick up the next day. Upon picking up my order it was fresh and looked great! I will definitely use them again!
Ordered an arrangement for a funeral. It arrived looking better than the picture shown on the website. The fragrance of the flowers was awesome. Very happy with this experience and I would recommend Prattville Flower Shop to anyone.
