Placed an order on 2/10/26 for a Valentine’s Day bouquet for delivery on 2/13. My mom received her flowers at 10:30am, giving her the full day to enjoy the flowers with her coworkers. The bouquet also looked very close to what was pictured on the website. Super happy that everything was taken care of without having to follow up constantly, trusted their service and it paid off! I was in a bind and Prattville Flower Shop came through! I had an order for a boutonniere at another shop and they were unable to complete my order. I was able to call PFS and they were able to make one for me to pick up the next day. Upon picking up my order it was fresh and looked great! I will definitely use them again!
So thankful that I chose Prattville Flower Shop to make the flower arrangements for my Dad's Memorial Service (a picture of one of the arrangements is attached with this post). The arrangements were beautiful and exceeded my expectations! Thank you for helping me honor my Dad ❤️ .
The flowers were not delivered in the timeframe detailed in the order. Recipient was at work and the 2 hour window was very important. It was delivered 3 hours after the window of time. Also the bouquet was not arranged properly. It was arranged like it was for a funerals with all the flowers on one side of the arrangement. For $80, this should have been alot better. I could have went to Walmart and get a nicer bouquet for $15. Please do better.
