I placed an order over the phone for my daughter-in-law's birthday. They did a wonderful job, absolutely beautiful arrangement!
I live in Montana. My granddaughter passed the bar exam and I I wanted to get her some flowers. I didn't trust anyone on the Internet to get them there the same day. . So I called The Prattville Flower Shop and they delivered the flowers within two hours. I just left a 1-star review for a florist in Philadelphia, PA so thought I'd come on here and leave an opposite review for this florist in Prattville, AL. For Vday, my partner and I sent both our mothers bouquets. I placed an order on 2/10/26 for a 2/13 delivery to Montgomery, AL - which is about 30-40 minutes away. I needed last minute flowers for my friend's birthday and made a special request to include a yellow butterfly, even if they could only draw it on the enclosure card. I was a little sad that the teleflora arrangement I had picked out could not be made, but when I got the picture from my friend who was in tears because of how perfect it was, I was blown away too!
