I order a set of flowers around 9:15am and they weren’t delivered until 4:30pm. When I called them at 4pm to ask if they send confirmation emails when flowers are delivered the person on the other end was not friendly and could have cared less about my satisfaction. I explained that I was hoping they would have been delivered earlier but thanked them anyway and the worker basically just ended the call. Im sure the flowers turned out great and the online ordering process was simple.
