I was very impressed with the customer service from one of your employees. My sister sent me birthday flowers and upon delivery when I turned around to sit them down I dropped the arrangement and the beautiful planter got broken. The gentlemen that delivered them went back to the shop and had the bouquet remade and brought me new flowers and planter. It definitely made my day. He did not have to do that, but was so kind to do so. The invoice #428402. Thank you sir and Petree's for excellent customer service!

I ordered flowers this morning from Colorado for a friend in Strawberry Plains. She just got them and sent me a picture - they are absolutely GORGEOUS! Even prettier than the picture. I ordered online but called to be sure they could be delivered today and they were so nice. Wish they could deliver in Colorado! Wonderful wonderful

I ordered a sympathy bouquet from Wisconsin for delivery to a family member in Knoxville. The bouquet was even more beautiful than the picture and the delivery was incredibly fast for such short notice. And for the price, it cannot be beat!! I could not recommend Petree’s flowers enough!!! Thank you so much

First time I have bought flowers here but will definitely not be the last time. These flowers are beautiful!! I bought these and had them delivered to my wife’s workplace. She and everyone there loved them. She brought them home and I was very impressed how nice and fresh they are. I can honestly say I can’t believe how good and strong they smell too. I ordered the flowers last minute and had to have them delivered that day. Petrees came through. They delivered the flowers and they looked great! I’m done ordering from Pro Flowers or any of the big name brands. I’m only buying local flowers from Petree from here on out.

I was very disappointed when my Mom’s flowers were delivered with no name and message that I had requested in other words she did not know who they were from… I’ve been patronizing Petree’s Flowers for so many years never experienced anything like this , I was upset and disappointed..

While the customer service was overall very good, I was disappointed in the casket spray that was delivered. The online picture was much prettier than the one received (A Life Loved), I think due to the overuse of light pink. The spray essentially looked like all carnations instead of the mixed use of alstomeria and carnations (honestly I think much less alstomeria was used in our spray than what is pictured).
