Outstanding customer service! Delivered flowers made a birthday quite special. Daughter was thrilled, I was very much underwhelmed with the arrangement. Delivery was top notch and packaged very secure in a box with lots of tape. I ordered florists choice, and upgraded from the minimum, thankfully! Although my sister and I no longer live in Hawaii, we have continued to use Patty’s Floral Designs, particularly for our mother’s birthday and Mother’s Day floral arrangements. For her 95th birthday, she was delighted to receive the beautiful arrangement shown, which was even lovelier than the website’s photo.
I can't say enough about how much I appreciate everything Patty's Floral Designs did. They are, hands down, the best. They're so considerate, attentive, and incredibly kind.
