I contacted Patty last June or July with pictures of the floral arrangements we saw online elsewhere. Not only did she "patiently" and consistently follow-up, but executed the arrangements beautifully! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who asks. Mahalo, Patty!
I called ahead to order my mom yellow tulips for Mother's Day. The woman I spoke with over the phone was very pleasant and able to answer all my questions. Their prices are reasonable and the flowers were ready on time and fresh when we went to pick them up. My husband was even able to pick up flowers for me the day of and wasn't in the store for more than 10 minutes. Patty is the best!!! We first came here for our wedding many years ago and came back for our son's first prom. We ordered both a wristlet and boutonnière and they were SO beautiful! She really knows her stuff and gives the best recommendations. Also, she was sooo accommodating with a last minute ribbon color change because the dress that our son's date had ordered, never arrived. Called in the morning from the mainland a beautiful bouquet was delivered that afternoon. Patty was very helpful and the service was in spot.
I had to search high and low for a specific flower just a few days before I needed them. Called 3 different flower shops before patty's. Every single one EXCEPT patty's said they couldn't get them! So disappointed. Patty's should be your go-to for flowers. Wonderful people and they are really reasonable! And order is always ready on time!
Ordered flowers and they delivered just as described. It's allows feels risky ordering something over the phone, especially something as meaningful and possibly hit or miss as flowers. But they were great. I'd order from them again. Unreal service.
Always so accommodating and easy to work with. Came here for my sons (several) proms a few years back and now it's mama's turn to get fancy. Two bright pink roses gave my hair and dress the pop it needed! Thank you!
The price is a little higher than other places. However, I been going here because the flowers are really fresh and has a great scent. The staff are really friendly and are very helpful. They close a little early at 4:30pm so usually got to pick up the flowers before they close.
Wow! I was just blown away from the first phone call to the actually flowers that were delivered. The person who answered the phone was so nice, she was so informative and she explained what type Of arrangement she would be making for the get well floral arrangement.
