Disappointed with my current order. I have gotten good service in the past, but this time was subpar to say the least. Ordered flowers for Thanksgiving that were advertised (with photo) as “Largest” including about 6 roses in the bouquet. What was delivered had to be the “mini” with only 1 small rose. I guess the $20 tip for the floral designer that I paid on top of the cost wasn’t enough for them to provide the advertised selection. Reonna and The Flower Patch were amazing! We had an unfortunate situation that flowers that we ordered for a 95th birthday party were cancelled 3 days before the event! I needed 9 centerpieces in a very specific color of blush and cream. I called 2 other local florists and they were not able to accommodate us. I called The Flower Patch and they were able to not only find the right colored flowers we requested but they were able to deliver all 9 centerpieces for our event! First time ordering from Palm Springs Florist and it was very easy to order online and have delivered. I wanted to surprise my Mom and order flowers for her birthday. I chose the "Designers Choice" option and wow! The arrangement is clearly lovely with gorgeous flowers.... however I feel that it's incredibly overwhelming. It's as if they took one of every flower in the shop and added it to the arrangement. I feel it's too much. I used Palm Springs Florist back in April 2024 when I proposed to my girlfriend, and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. I live out of state, but their team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. The flowers were delivered right on time and looked incredible - they truly helped make the proposal even more special.
