I used Palm Springs Florist a year ago and they kept my info. Reminded me via text and email a year later, that the celebration is coming soon. We processed the new order via text as they had all my info on file. Easiest transaction ever! Plus the arrangement is beautiful and long lasting. Highly recommend them.

I have been using Palm Springs Florist for years. Recently I decided to go with the option for the florist to have creative freedom. They did such an amazing job!!! I am so happy with how the flowers turned out. I highly recommend them for your flower needs.

First time ordering from Palm Springs Florist and it was very easy to order online and have delivered. I wanted to surprise my Mom and order flowers for her birthday. I chose the "Designers Choice" option and wow! The arrangement is clearly lovely with gorgeous flowers.... however I feel that it's incredibly overwhelming. It's as if they took one of every flower in the shop and added it to the arrangement. I feel it's too much. Placed an order for same day delivery for a friend coming out of surgery. Got a call from the florist explaining they didn’t have exactly what was ordered, gave me the option to call them to discuss or trust them. I didn’t have time to call them back but whatever they “substituted” far exceeded what was expected! BEAUTIFUL work and AWESOME customer service! They have a new loyal customer!
