Kudo's to Wishing Well...live 2000 miles away from Elkhorn, so called and placed an order Friday afternoon for a sympathy bouquet to be delivered locally there asap, and it was done early Saturday morning...recipient tells me it was gorgeous.
This is our "go-to" florist and has been our favorite business for over 20 years. They have done flowers for our daughter's wedding and our grandchildren's baptisms. They have beautiful flowers and take the time to make sure every arrangement is perfect. They deliver to area churches, nursing and funeral homes.
Excellent customer service! I needed a last minute floral arrangement and I was worried that I missed deadlines. I called the shop and they were very accommodating. They did let me know ahead of time that the some of the specific arrangements that I had inquired about online were not available, they did make suggestions for alternatives. The Wishing Well Florist basket plant arrangement delivered to Helen's hospital room brightened her day and mine. The web page presented a number to call and I spoke directly with Kathy who arranged for the prompt delivery of a delightful plant basket to a hospital patient who needed uplifting. Thanks.
The delivery handout was great! Very nice lady , one thing I would say you guys could do better is if the flowers are wilting away, switch them out before handling them out. I don't think anyone would want to receive wilted flowers. Don't get me wrong I love the arrangements you guys do
Need to update business hours. Went to business during "open" hours. ClOSED. Knocked and called. No response.
Delivered an ugly, near dead bouquet. I called to discuss & she blamed COVID.
Flowers were fine, but they made a major delivery error, sending them one week in advance of requested date, which was to have been the one month "anniversary" of a friend's mother's death. Used customer service email recommended on their website to explain my disappointment (and sent confirmation of my order with actual desired delivery date noted) around 1pm and got no response. Very disappointed that Wishing Well feels the need to be cheap & disrespectful. I ordered a floral arrangement and upgraded from basic to deluxe. The relative I sent the flowers to sent me a picture of the flowers with a thank you. (See photo in separate review) I was embarrassed. The arrangement was not what I ordered. What I ordered had 13 visible roses, very few carnations, and almost no open air... tons of flowers.
