There was an unforeseen problem with the delivery of a recent order that I placed (not due to Wishing Well Florist), and Nikki and her staff did everything humanly possible to ensure the situation was rectified. Fantastic!!! Last Friday I called Wishing Well Florist just before their closing time. I requested they deliver a vase with a dozen red roses and baby's breath on Saturday evening to Calamari restaurant in Williams Bay. The delivery was perfect and the flowers were outstanding! Just WONDERFUL!
Ordered from out of state for my nephews funeral service and separate order for family. Always wonder what I am going to get when I order flower deliveries for friends and relatives because you may not know the outcome. After the order I placed with another florist never showed, I called Wishing Well and spoke to Kathy about the possibility of a same-day delivery. First time customer. I called to order 25 long stem red roses for our anniversary. When I stopped by, I asked if they could also add some Star Gazer Lilly's (my wife's favorite). They called me later when the arrangement was ready (they received fresh flowers from truck delivery in the afternoon). I was impressed, I thought they looked great. My wife is still commenting on how beautiful the arrangement is 2 days later! As stated above, 1st time customer, they are now my florist of choice and will recommend them to anyone.

They have done several arangments for my wife and I. Prices are very competitive and they always give us quality flowers. They have done nice synthetic arangements also that held up nice. It is a familly owned and ran bussiness and been here for years.
