I have driven past Mystic Florist many times and had never been there before, but like to try to support local business whenever possible. I went there to buy a bouquet for a friend and was told they were too busy to put one together. I know it's Valentine's Day weekend, but that's when people want to buy flowers, right? I placed an order for Mystic to deliver on Valentine's day about a week beforehand. They were happy to bill me right away, but never delivered any flowers. They didn't call or email an explanation and now they won't pick up their phone. Great...

Terrible service. I had made an order for Valentine's day for the flowers to be delivered to my wife's business. They did not even attempt to deliver the flowers until six o'clock at night, when the business was closed. Yes I got a refund, however it was a huge hassle and by that time Valentine's day had been ruined. It's a pretty good gig, take more orders than you can handle, and if there are some you can't fulfill oh well.

My husband is away for our first anniversary and made sure I would be home all day today for a "delivery". Flowers were supposed to be here in the morning, and they didn't arrive until after 4pm. He made sure to say no orchids as I am extremely allergic. The arrangement is full of HUGE blooming star gazer lilies (one of the most allergenic flowers).
