Do not use! Worst florist I've ever dealt with. I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered to my hotel room the afternoon we arrived in Sedona. The incompetent staff couldn't deliver what was promised and the flowers didn't arrive with the florist saying it had something to do with the driver. They promised the flowers would arrive first thing in the morning and be "extra special" but they didn't arrive until later in the afternoon when our stay was almost over and there was no added value. I was very disappointed in the arrangement of flowers they prepared for our grandparents golden wedding anniversary. The arrangement was much smaller than I expected for the $75 (plus tax) price tag. More disappointing was that the flowers did not seem fresh. When I picked them up the one hydrangea stem was already wilting and dropping, most of the lilies were open wide and the few red roses already had dark petals. First of all the flowers weren't even delivered on Valentines Day until 4:30. The holiday was almost over... And $75 for a tiny bouquet of 2 roses and 6 carnations...terribly overpriced. Wouldn't recommend this florist.

Yet again, Mountain High Flowers have failed to deliver: a day late and more than a dollar short! Last year, the order delivered was of half-dead flowers, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This year, not only was the order delivered a day late - with excuses that the late delivery was the responsibility of the company through which my daughter placed the order - BUT a mere day later, half the flowers are already dead, or dying. I ordered a Poka Dot bouquet for my daughter from Mountain High' s website. My daughter sent me a picture of what she received. What she received and what I ordered bore absolutely no resembulance, NONE! I ordered daisies, pink roses, a crystal square vase with a poka dot ribbon. She recevied a ugly green vase with a organza bow tied on it with some non-descript chrysanthemums and white spray roses, not arranged at all. Looked like leftovers! My sister ordered a beautiful bouquet of orchids and roses online for about $70 from this company to send to my mother for her birthday. What they actually delivered were cheap daisies, a couple purple roses and a hydrangea that only lived for a day and a half! Certainly not worth $70 to say the least. She has tried calling and emailing them to get at least a partial refund and they haven't responded to anything! We will keep trying to get it back, but we will not be using this flower company ever again.
