The morning of my wedding day, I received a call from the Safeway florist stating they did not have the flowers that I had previously ordered from them for my bridal bouquet. I used Mountain High Flowers for my wedding day in September 2012. Kris and Kim are truly special individuals. They were so helpful throughout the process and so patient! I changed my mind a couple of times and they were always so helpful to give me their opinion. They would email me pictures and then I would tell them if it was the look I was going for or not. Kim and Mountain High Flowers are just fantastic. Kim was wonderful from the first second I spoke with her over the phone. I was planning the wedding long-distance, and after talking to Kim, I immediately I was in excellent hands. She was always so thoughtful, gracious, and spent a lot of time to make sure she knew exactly what I needed. It was a pleasure working with Kim for the flowers at my wedding. The service here is impeccable. She met with us without an appointment, spent time with us going over details (even stayed after closing and never made us feel rushed), and even accommodated us with add-ons on the day of the wedding. I ordered a birthday arrangement in a basket with plants for a gift and I specifically said to put young succulents in it and the person that was helping me was very nice and showed me things that may have worked but then when the basket was delivered, first of all, it was $120 for five plants in one basket And I thought wow this is gonna look awesome. Yesterday was my husband's birthday. Unfortunately he died recently. My special friend in Palm Desert ordered an arrangement for me to brighten my day. She gave explicit directions to phone me first. I was gone for 45 minutes yesterday and there was a note on my door to phone the florist. My neighbors next door were home, garage door wide open for remodel. Why didn't the driver leave them there? I will no longer accept the arrangement, nor will I do business with this florist.

Reached out to this florist a few times to get quotes for my wedding and to even start the process (even before COVID) and heard one response back but nothing after my first reply . I even reached out again and was pretty much ignored . For Sedona not having many florists options , this one didn't have the best service and they missed out on someone that was willing to spend some $$$. Oh well

Repeatedly disappointing. I personally would not risk using this florist to send a bouquet delivery. Last year Mountain High delivered two inferior and mediocre floral arrangements at the same time... both sent by my over-the-top generous brother, one for a birthday and the second as a "thank you." Mountain High apologized and replaced them with bouquets that were greatly improved, yet still not worth the extravagant cost imo and also didn't last long.
