Great and easy service. Saw a lot of negative reviews after I placed my order but was relieved to know that it turned out great. The flowers were beautiful and the value was fair. Would definitely purchase again.
A small group of us ordered a plant for a sorority sister yesterday. They delivered it today and it was gorgeous! Quick delivery and beautiful peace Lilly!
Terrific experience! My flowers are GORGEOUS and they were hand delivered by the most wonderful and warm man! They were ordered from out of town by a family member... this florist did a terrific job of selecting gorgeous flowers, making a stunning arrangement, and making a big fuss over the 'birthday girl' when they delivered them. Highly recommend!
The flowers were nice and pretty, but the letter that was included with the flowers was very disappointing. The edges of the card were not trimmed very well, and they were not smooth. In addition, the note on the card itself was not spaced out well and not centered. The vase also contained a ton of scratches. It didn't look very good at all, and I could tell there was a clear lack of attention to detail. I would expect better quality for the price that I paid.
I received a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my birthday. The gentleman that delivered them was very nice and friendly which is exactly what you want from someone handing you a flower bouquet!
I order flowers at least once a month from another well known Memphis florist. In a hurry, I stopped in Mason's and I am so happy I did. The owners were so polite and helpful. The arrangement was BEAUTIFUL, and most importantly they were reasonably priced. I would have paid double at the other florist I use. Go to Mason's. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers online from out of state, and was extremely pleased with Mason's. The flowers were beautiful and almost exactly like the picture online with a nice customized note, and the company delivered it during the time I specified. Price is definitely reasonable, especially compared to other much pricier options in the area.
I ordered these flowers from out of state. I didnt use FTD as I wanted to support local businesses in my friend's newly adopted hometown. Ordering online was simple, but my true surprise was how perfect the arrangement was when it arrived at my friends home. I always hate not seeing the arrangement because often they sub it out and it is not what you envisioned when you ordered it.
