Very disappointed with the flowers I ordered my mom for Mother's Day. I picked out a beautiful arrangement online that was supposed to come with about 7 different varieties of flowers (roses, tulips, carnations, crysanthemums, etc.) in pinks/purples/greens and delivered in a reusable terra cotta pot. What was delivered was a glass vase (not even a nice one) that had 7 reddish colored gerbera daisies (my least favorite flower) in it. In addition, the way it was displayed looked like a DIY job. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE!!! these people charged me over $200 for my bridal bouquet and I email a picture of exactly what I wanted, which was supposedly easy....(keep in mind that I ordered the same flowers for decorating my wedding online...not from MARBLE FALLS FLOWERS..) and when I picked up my bouquet I was 100% disappointed. Very poor quality flowers and service. My Mother's Day flowers literally started rotting at the base of the petals after only 2 days. It was very disappointing for my children, who ordered them from out of state.
This business does not honor the delivery policy advertised on their website. They call you on the day of delivery and attempt to extort more money from or refuse to deliver. This is NOT a reputable business!
Will NEVER go back here again!! I placed an order over the phone for what I thought was a beautiful arrangement that I found on there web site. Come to find out that they didnt have the budget for what was pictured....WTF?? The delivery driver was most un-professional, delivered to the wrong place, when I gave an address. Dont waste your time or money for a small, over priced bunch of HEB flowers. Just go to HEB and pick them out your self!! Thank you MFF for partially ruining my wife's birthday.
