Jeanine and her crew just did all of the flowers for my daughter's wedding. Not only were they perfect, they were much fuller, more detailed and gorgeous than anticipated!!! Thank you so much for helping to make our wedding perfect!

I live in Katy, but I was recently married at Falkenstein Castle. I hired Marble Falls Flowers and Gift Shop to create my wedding flowers. Jeanine designed all of the flowers based on my vision and wedding colors. I wanted a lovely spring mix of Tulips, Lillies, hydrangea and roses, and she delivered expertly. As a guy, I lack the sense of "pretty" and "nice"... Luckily I have the florists at Marble Falls Flowers and Gifts to "cover" for me! One phone call, a few minutes of describing why I "need" these flowers and voila! My wife receives her flowers at work, and I am once again the best hubby ever!! Thank you Marble Falls Flowers & Gifts for saving me and impressing my wife on so many occasions!!

My son ordered an arrangement for a family friend, he spent 250.00. The arrangement wasn't as ordered & they did not use the flowers I suggested. They instead used 16 peonies in the arrangement with 5 wide opened roses. I called to complain, they offered to pick up but who suggests that!? I will never again advise anyone to shop at this particular florist. I feel sorry for my son, his friend stated the arrangement was unremarkable. My son has been friends with him for a long time. My sister and I bought an arrangement for Mother's Day and what they delivered was not even close to what was pictured. The flowers were different and it was stuffed with a lot of greenery I assume to avoid putting in more flowers. We bought the biggest bouquet and when our Mom sent us a picture to thank us, you can imagine how disappointed we were to see this small thing of flowers not even what we paid for. This is the worst flower shop ever! The entire order was wrong. They try to take advantage of out of town orders by skimping because they assume you'll never see the work. Literally even the message card was wrong and messed up! This business is deplorable.

I am a florist, I sent flowers to my mother, the roses were blown, the daisies were old, and some of the button poms were broken off, what a disappointment. I will never use marble falls flowers again. As a florist, i make sure to not send crap out. That is what my mom got..CRAP..do not use this flower shop

We called to request hydrangeas for my grandma's 90th BIRTHDAY. We gave plenty of notice that we needed a plant, not just flowers, as my grandma's own hydrangeas had froze unrecoverable. For the 2nd year in a row, this place waited until the last minute to say they didn't have exactly what we ordered, maybe thinking we wouldn't cancel this late, same thing they did to us last year! worst service ever! I live five hours away and called and ordered some flowers for my wife while she was down visiting family, I was going to Surprise her because she was having a bad day, I gave them my info and informed them to call me if there were any problems, they said they could get them delivered same day being that I ordered them that morning, so I had my family stall her from leaving all day, then at 4:00 my wife calls me and said some lady called and said they couldn't deliver her flowers, until next day, guess su... read more
