Received flowers from here while in the hospital. the day the flowers arrived they were nice but less than 24 hours they were wilting and by day 3 should have been thrown out. very disappointing. don't waste your money here. go to peddle pushers or libertyville florist

Sorry but Liz Lee doesn't even deserve one star... And like the poor girl in the last review, Liz Lee has now ruined my chances of ever receiving flowers again from my boyfriend. He ordered the True Romance bouquet for me today, especially for the red roses and SILVER colored vase. The arrangement I received looks nothing like it. I got red, pink & white roses in a glass vase with no baby's breath as shown in the photo on-line. I received a rushed and lacklustered arrangement for Mother's Day with 3 mini carnations and a few sprigs of alstromeria. Definitely not worth the $70 my husband spent on the arrangement via FTD.com. When my husband called to voice his concern, he was SHOUTED at by a staffer. She SCREECHED for 5 MINUTES about how we were wasting her time. My sister in law ordered balloons from Liz Lee for my daughter's birthday. When they were delivered they forgot to include the card. When I asked who this is from the delivery lady found some printout with the message in her van but the signature was blurred on the printout. So she hastily signed the card right there in the car but without the signature. One of the balloons deflated in a couple of ours, the rest deflated the next day.

I ordered flowers online through this florist to be delivered to my girlfriend at work on the day after Valentine's Day (She was traveling for work on the actual holiday). I know it's a busy holiday for florists, so I ordered almost a week in advance and received an email confirmation of my order the same day. The credit card charge went through on the 13th, and when the 15th came, no flowers were delivered. I emailed the florist at 2pm that day to ask for delivery confirmation and got no reply. I have the same experience as Fani D. My boyfriend tried splurging this Valentine's Day on a more expensive bouqet then he normally buys, but it ended up being a huge waste of money. Not only do the poor flowers look like they're on their last leg, but it also looks like it didn't take more than 10 minutes to put together the arrangment. The owner must have put their children to work this morning before school because the note card that came with my flowers with a personalized message look like a five year old hand wrote it.... read more

My husband had flowers sent to my job from here and I am not impressed. I almost feel bad, but I literally called my husband and thanked him for the flowers, but sent him a picture to show that the quality was poor. The flowers look as if they will be dead tonight. What a way to lady a down? Happy Valentine's Day, right?

Nice flowers, horrible service! I ordered flowers and chocolates for my mother's birthday and the shop managed to get it wrong in almost every way. They messed up the delivery time, called the wrong number and ruined the surprise, asked me to email them the text for the birthday card and neglected to read the email and, on top of that, forgot to include the chocolates. All of this is would have led me to choose another shop next time, but I understand that things like this happen and it's no big deal.. What tipped the scale... read more

I ordered flowers from here for my friends birthday and all I asked was for them to be delivered to her work anytime EXCEPT between a one hour time frame while I was meeting her for lunch. The flowers were delivered as soon as she left for lunch which defeated the whole purpose of me sending them to her work. I may have well given her the flowers myself. When I talked to the owner about this all she did was yell at me about being in business for so many years and that she only has one driver and cant make everyone satisfied.... read more
