I ordered and sent an arrangement to a family member. She sent me a photo and it was not nearly the arrangement that I had seen on their website. It did have a similar look but about half the flowers, and I ordered the same size as was shown on the website. I sent an email explaining my disappointment and heard nothing back. My advice is to ask for a photo from your recipient. Compare with website photo and actual delivered arrangement.
